All our watches have been fully checked by our approved service technicians and complete peace of mind, we also provide a 12 month warranty with every watch we sell. During this time we cover the watch for any manufacturing and mechanical defects or battery failure and will repair your watch free of charge, should it stop working through no fault of your own.
Simply contact us as soon as you recognise there may be a problem and we will take care of everything from there. Our technicians will have your watch working again as quickly as possible and we will return your watch free of charge. If there is still a manufacturers warranty we can return it directly to the manufacturer for repair or you can take it to any authorised agency. We will help you with any questions you have.
When returning the watch to us, please make sure the delivery method is trackable and insured. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please send returns to:

Unfortunately there are a few things our warranty cannot cover, such as loss or theft, damage caused by water when the watch has been submersed to a depth greater than advised by the manufacturer or damage through normal wear and tear. We cannot cover the watch if you make any changes to it, such as after-setting or adding components that aren’t endorsed by the manufacturer. The warranty is in addition to your common law and statutory rights.
